Ralph Simpson retired from a thirty-two-year career with Xerox Corporation in the equipment manufacturing and supply chain division. Ralph held multiple assignments with Xerox including implementation of multi-million-dollar automated assembly systems, Just-In-Time manufacturing processes, production engineering, productivity, quality control, quality assurance, and development of supply chain logistics and processes for new products.  Between 2010 and 2016, Ralph managed the Xerox Global Equipment Supply Chain Engineering Group providing engineering support responsible for distribution warehouse processes, equipment, systems, productivity, and quality to facilitate equipment order configuration and shipment to customers.

With Xerox, Ralph also achieved certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt coach and spent several years leading successful cross organizational productivity and quality improvement projects with various Xerox Divisions within and outside the Xerox Supply Chain. Project Management and Engineering assignments took Ralph to Xerox and Supplier locations in Brazil, England, Netherlands, Japan, China, Canada and the United States. Ralph holds a BS in Mathematics from Dalhousie University Canada, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia Canada and a Masters in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Clarkson University New York.
